Since Wetr is being rebuilt, I have to redo each image per device, so I'm doing them in batches of the most common conditions first. And will add more server-side as I add more device support. No extra downloads will be needed to fetch new conditions as I add them. As a failsafe, for now if a condition doesn't have an image yet, it'll use a simple blank wetr background in the meantime.
